  Patterson Athlete Training was created in 2008 in response to the high number of injured middle and high school athletes being treated in our physical therapy clinic for sports related injuries.
Most of the injured athletes had muscular imbalances, flexibility deficits or insufficient functional strength that contributed to their injury. Knowing these problems could be solved with proper training techniques, we developed several training options to fit the needs of our local athletes.
Our Mission is to train each athlete in a manner that decreases risk of injury and increases athletic performance.

Our schedule and registration is up for the Summer session. For Small Group sessions and one on one evening openings, call us to work out a time schedule. LET'S GET MOVING!!


  All of our training programs evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, and imbalances of the athlete. Then our exercise physiologist designs a customized program that begins the fundamental work needed to help each athlete progress to their peak ability. Training programs are supervised by an exercise physiologist who is certified in post-rehabilitation and has been trained by our physical therapists. The goal for this program is to help each athlete stay injury free while performing at their best.
